The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of chips powering today’s and future technologies, including AI, data centers, automotive and consumer electronics. Semi PC provides differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytics systems to discover, characterize and monitor defects and variations affecting manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales Directors, Account Managers, Sales Administrators, Finance teams and Divisional Marketing Representatives. Handle sales contract/order processing and data coordination for new contracts and/or purchase orders (POs). Manage forecasts, track daily/weekly changes, and inform account managers and division planners. Work with account managers to keep forecast entries up to date in KLA's internal forecasting system. Coordinate with divisions and logistics to inform push/pull requirements of shipment timing. Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales data and provide insights to the sales team. Collaborate with Business Development on questions related to timing, lead times, etc. May be assigned special projects or tasks by business unit management. Minimum Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or similar role. Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular). Understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with high level of dedication. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus. Base Pay Range: $36.93 - $62.79 per hour.
