Responsibilities
Interact with clients daily, serving as the lead consultant and primary point of contact
Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
Manage the renewal and marketing process for assigned clients
Collaborate with the Claims Department on relevant claims for clients
Maintain accurate client files and policy records in the agency management system
Qualifications
P&C Insurance License required upon hire
Demonstrated experience managing multiple time-sensitive communications and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designation preferred
Experience using agency management systems, preferably EPIC /Applied
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective presentation abilities
Customer-focused with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
Self-confident decision-maker capable of handling varying personalities and situations
