The role includes developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and customers, preparing sales reports and implementing strategies to optimize sales performance. Sales and customer service experience, with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Inventory management and logistics expertise to ensure seamless availability of parts Team leadership and staff management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and preparing sales reports Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in automotive, fire protection, or related industries is highly beneficial
