Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Livingston, NJ, for an Inside Sales Person. The Inside Sales Person will handle daily sales activities, including lead generation, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Communicating and collaborating effectively with clients to address needs, offering product recommendations, and building strong customer relationships are critical components of this role. The ideal candidate will also actively seek out new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to achieve company targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and develop new business opportunities
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships
Demonstrated expertise in Account Management with a record of effectively managing client accounts and meeting sales goals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
Knowledge of corrugated plastic and/or similar materials is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
