This role is for a sales professional who: Has at least 2 years experience in solar sales Has at least 1 year experience selling virtually Wants to be part of an in-office team Willing to visit customers in-home when needed Enjoys clear expectations and clear goals Wants to be part of a growing company and is willing to adapt Willing to work nights and weekends, as needed Comfortable being on a zoom call with camera on WHO This Role Is NOT For
This role is NOT a fit if you: Have no experience in solar or virtually selling Don’t have reliable transportation Avoid accountability or tracking results Need constant motivation to perform Want a capped income with minimal responsibility Are looking for something short-term WHAT This Role Exists to Do
The purpose of this role is simple: Help homeowners make confident decisions by guiding them through our process and turning qualified opportunities into closed deals. In this role, you will: Conduct virtual appointments with homeowners at scheduled times Follow a proven sales process Accurately price, present, and close projects Manage your pipeline and follow-up professionally Represent the company with integrity Assisting operations team when needed Executing contracts and facilitating financing What Winning Looks Like With Us
First 30 days: Jumping into leads as fast as possible Comfortable with our process, offer, and tools Closing your first deals First 60 days: Managing your pipeline independently Closing at or above
25% First 90 days: Hitting or exceeding sales targets Producing
