Overview
The Assistant Account Executive position is designed for someone eager to grow a career in advertising and marketing.
This position will support the day-to-day management of a fully integrated automotive account, working closely with Account members and internal/external parties to deliver high quality work that is on time and on budget.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who wants hands-on learning and exposure to all facets of Advertising while building a strong foundation in client management and service.
Responsibilities
Assist Account team with day-to-day client needs and project tasks
Attend internal, external, and client meetings, take notes and share/present recaps
Assist with presentations and support with meeting materials
Assist with trafficking assets, tracking timelines, deliverables and approvals
Coordinate projects across internal teams and external partners
Support campaign launches across digital, paid media and dealer channels
Help with billing, invoicing and general account organization
Develop and foster relationships with clients, in-person included
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Business, Marketing and/or Communications preferred
1+ year of experience in an agency, marketing or related field (internships included)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to balance multiple projects at once
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team focused environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google properties and Keynote is preferred
Interested in automotive industry/marketing a plus

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $52,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
