Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, etc. Effectively communicate with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, and team members. Present the build process to prospective homeowners. Various administrative tasks. Various marketing tasks. Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required. Qualifications
