We are looking for a driven and results-oriented E-commerce Sales Manager to expand our online presence by building and managing partnerships with e-commerce platforms and digital retailers. This is a hybrid position based out of our Soho, New York headquarters, with 4 days per week in the office and 1 remote day per week. Travel may be required within the United States, Canada and our HQ in Italy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, prospect, and onboard new e-commerce partners. Negotiate commercial terms and agreements. Manage and grow existing partner relationships. Collaborate with internal teams on launches and promotions. Monitor partner performance and market trends. Ensure accurate product listings and brand representation. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the lighting industry or a related design-driven sector. Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or digital retail partners. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Solid understanding of e-commerce business models and digital sales strategies. Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel. COMPENSATION

Salary up to $120,000 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications. BENEFITS
