Outside Sales Representative

Hunt for new business through cold calling and in-person visits Build relationships with decision-makers Close new staffing accounts and generate orders Manage your territory and sales pipeline Partner with internal teams to deliver staffing solutions Track activity and results — performance matters here What We’re Looking For
Outside sales experience (staffing sales a plus) Comfortable prospecting and handling rejection Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-starter mentality with high accountability Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Professional image — you represent the brand What You Get
Base salary + UNCAPPED commission Mileage reimbursement Growth opportunity as the company expands A leadership team that sets clear expectations No micromanagement — just accountability Schedule
