Job Purpose: Sales representative who can provide appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Benefits: Dental Insurance Health Insurance Outside Sales Responsibilities: Present and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customers following up after initial visits if they haven't purchased. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments Analyze and track sales and status reports Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Outside Sales Qualifications: In-home sales (windows, roofing, flooring, kitchen/bath) experience is preferred, not required. You reflect each of our values, both personally and professionally. You have specific experience converting qualified leads into verified sales, documented skills, and can point to specific results you have accomplished. You embrace accountability particularly when it comes to owning outcomes and results. You have strong oral and written communication skills. You are driven to meet deadlines. You understand that desperation has a smell in sales, and it stinks. You can work on fast-paced projects in a collaborative environment. You are results-oriented with the ability to use feedback and data for improvements. You operate with an entrepreneurial mindset (each of our sales reps are designated 1099 contractor who does receive health and other related benefits but is responsible for their taxes) You thrive in an environment that offers the autonomy of an entrepreneur nestled within the security of being part of a thriving team. You are humble (customer-focused), hungry (willing to go the extra mile), and smart (great with people).
