Assists in overseeing the daily operation and merchandising of the retail store.
Creates and maintains a visually stunning presentation of products, and leads the team to optimize guest interaction and product selection.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the retail industry.

Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent experience.
Previos supervisory experience required.
Two to three years of experience as a sales associate in a major sporting goods operation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Mountain Sports hard goods and soft goods.
Hourly pay rate: $21.85 to $25.00
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
