We are seeking an experienced
Outside Sales Representative
to support continued growth across the New York/New Jersey market. This role is well-suited for a
lighting sales professional
who understands the local market, brings existing relationships, and is motivated to grow a business within a developing and robust lighting division.
The position offers access to a
broad product portfolio, internal operational support, and a platform designed for long-term expansion .
Key Responsibilities
Grow and manage
sales activity across the NY/NJ territory
Represent and promote
Brazill Lite Tech’s diverse lighting and energy-related product lines
Build and maintain relationships
with lighting designers, electrical contractors, architects, distributors, and developers
Expand engagement
within existing accounts while developing new project opportunities
Support projects
from design development through specification, bid, award, and installation
Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturer partners
to ensure responsive service and project execution
Maintain accuracy
with pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM documentation
Stay informed
on lighting technologies, industry trends, and specification practices

Qualifications
3–5+ years of progressive, B2B sales experience
Established lighting industry relationships in New York and/or New Jersey is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of the project-based and specification sales cycle
Proven ability to manage accounts and contribute to territory growth
Professional, consultative sales approach with strong communication skills
Organized and comfortable managing a defined geographic territory
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within NY/NJ
Compensation
This position offers a base salary range of $60,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive and uncapped commission structure.
