Regional Sales Manager (NorCal) at SPECTRIO LLC — Full Time. Position based in the Northern California area; FLEX remote (work from home) with travel to dealership locations. Start Date: Immediate. Responsibilities
Cultivate a new business pipeline via cold calling and door swings, measurable on a 30, 60, and 90 day timeline. Call on the existing client base to sell additional Spectrio services. Effectively demonstrate Spectrio and its products. Successfully close business with A-level decision makers in Automotive or Advertising environments. Establish productive, professional relationships with key decision makers in assigned customer accounts. Regularly reach and exceed sales quotas. Follow up on meetings, proposals, adjustments to proposals, signatures for agreements; gather detailed information; ensure clear Salesforce data entry. Work independently with a focus on teamwork with the account management members of the team. Collaborate with Regional Account Managers to capitalize on upsell opportunities within the client base. Meet or exceed Spectrio Sales Standard of Excellence (SOE) and designated KPIs on a monthly basis. Develop and plan proficient, effective, and value-added client contact travel schedules. Adhere to Spectrio branding and image guidelines in client interactions. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Experience & Abilities
Outstanding attitude and proven work ethic. Excellent verbal, written and body language communication skills with attentive listening. Excellent presentation skills (both written and oral). Strong cold calling and closing skillset. Solid understanding of sales skills and techniques. Strong attention to detail with a client-centric focus. Efficient, structured time management. Ability and willingness to travel within a multi-state region. Relevant work experience of 4 years with outside automotive Account Management (a plus). Requirements
5+ years’ sales experience, preferably in a similar industry. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. Experience selling in the technology landscape, interfacing with both marketing and information technology teams. A track record of hitting and exceeding goals. Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company requirements. Benefits
