Part-Time Field Sales Representative Pay:
$23 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission Schedule:
5 evenings/week – Hours: 4:05pm to 9:00pm (WA/CA/CO postings: 4:05pm – 8:00pm) This role is part-time and designed for individuals who thrive on challenges, enjoy connecting with people, and want to earn additional income. This role provides foundational education and experience for future sales career growth.
Responsibilities Our Field Sales Representatives are at the forefront of our Serve, Solve, Sell™ model. You will receive paid training to work independently in the field and will be trained on all products to deliver interactive sales opportunities that build communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Coaching and ongoing learning support will help you stay market-ready.
Serve:
Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are. Interactions may be pre-scheduled to help you meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the interaction, always prioritizing the customer.
Solve:
Address and resolve customers’ tech issues with an understandable solution, regardless of tech knowledge.
Ensure customers leave with a working resolution and a product addressing future tech needs.
Sell:
Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions.
Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products accordingly.
Use strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve appropriate sales outcomes.
What you’ll bring to the team
Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets
A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience
A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Customer service appointments are in neighborhoods and cities around the inventory warehouse; maximum travel distance is 120 miles one-way
Ability to work a varied 5-day week, including evenings, weekends and holidays
A personal cellphone to stay connected on the job
Comfortable working around household pets
Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communication skills
Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills relevant to various career paths
Naturally outgoing and enjoys human interaction
Note: Work hours may vary based on business needs and market demand; flexibility may be required
Benefits
Base hourly rate is guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi-weekly; earned pay can be accessed early
Uncapped commissions based on sales performance paid bi-weekly
Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines paid weekly
$35 phone stipend paid monthly
3 weeks paid training
