Responsibilities:
Handles customer service inbound and outbound telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner. Works with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships.
Assists General Manager in managing customer growth and retention activities by serving as liaison between customer and Service Center to ensure customer needs are being met.
Ensure all customer concerns are handled professionally, following up to confirm customer satisfaction.
Participates in outbound calling campaigns to retain existing customers and regain lost customers.
Participates in outbound efforts to collect balances on past due customers.
Assists in the delivery and service process by addressing and correcting routing exceptions.
Provides general administrative support by assisting in drafting and communication of internal coordination documentation, processes/procedures, customer retention activities, reports, general filing, daily route paperwork, scanning of documents and working within customer accounts to ensure accuracy of forecasting and billing.
Depending on location may assist with accounts payable processing and other office functions.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience.
1-2 years of customer service experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and be a solid partner
Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management, both internally and externally
Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
