Overview ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Marketing Technology team powers the tools and processes that enable global and regional brand marketing to deliver exceptional storytelling. We translate business needs into scalable technologies and drive user adoption across the organization. In this senior individual contributor role, you'll own our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform—prioritizing the backlog, guiding integrations, collaborating with IT/CDT and vendors, and ensuring our marketing teams have the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, aligning enhancements with marketing priorities.

Facilitate stakeholder sessions to uncover requirements and translate them into system improvements.

Prioritize, refine, and groom application backlog requests.

Document use cases, problem statements, and project plans from discovery through rollout.

Collaborate with CDT, IT partners, and external vendors to validate and implement features.

Lead change management—including communications, trainings, and adoption programs.

Act as backup system admin to ensure continuity across key platforms.

Promote platform engagement through structured support and continuous feedback loops.

YOU ARE

A strong cross-functional communicator with a client-service mindset.

Analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working with large data sets.

Proactive and comfortable initiating outreach across teams.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Curious about evolving MarTech capabilities.

Skilled at simplifying complexity and facilitating alignment.

YOU HAVE

5+ years of Digital Asset Management experience (required).

Mac experience (required).

3+ years in MarTech (project management, relational databases, collaboration platforms such as Workfront, Airtable and SharePoint preferred).

Experience with taxonomy/data curation and Jira (preferred).

Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into platform enhancements and optimized processes.

Strong communication and training/change-management capabilities.
