Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Client Manager
to join a team. This role involves serving as the primary service contact for a portfolio of middle-market commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 annually

Responsibilities As a Commercial Lines Client Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Acting as the main point of contact for a designated book of commercial clients.
Evaluating exposures, obtaining quotes, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing quotes.
Gathering client information, analyzing risks, and providing tailored recommendations.
Creating and submitting complete carrier submissions.
Managing policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
Maintaining accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in the EPIC system.
Reviewing binding documents for accuracy and ensuring timely notifications to carriers.
Utilizing templates and system-generated letters for client and carrier communications.
Ordering loss runs, generating proofs, and conducting endorsement and audit reviews.
Qualifications/Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
Licenses/Certifications: Active state Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work with self-serve portals and provide client training.
Soft Skills:
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills for non-routine challenges.
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
