The Vision, Business Strategy & Roadmap Lead is the senior strategist for the Field Experience (FX) value stream, responsible for setting a clear, cohesive, and actionable long-term vision that aligns business priorities, digital investments, and field needs.

This role defines where FX is going, why it matters, and how the organization gets there, ensuring strategic coherence across Field Operations and Field Productivity. The role partners closely with executive leadership, product, technology, and operations teams to translate strategy into sequenced, outcome-driven roadmaps that materially improve advisor productivity, experience, and growth.

What You'll Do Vision & Enterprise Strategy

Define and continuously refine the multi-year strategic vision for the FX value stream.

Establish strategic themes and guardrails that guide decision-making across initiatives.

Ensure FX strategy directly supports enterprise growth priorities and advisor outcomes.

Roadmap & Portfolio Leadership

Own the integrated FX business and digital roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term capability building.

Lead prioritization discussions, trade-off decisions, and sequencing across initiatives.

Ensure dependencies, capacity constraints, and interlocks are explicitly managed.

Executive Partnership & Governance

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders across FX, Technology, and Distribution.

Frame complex strategic decisions and recommendations for executive audiences.

Support governance forums by providing clarity, options, and implications.

Outcomes & Measurement

Define strategic success metrics tied to advisor experience, productivity, and growth.

Monitor performance against strategy and recommend course corrections as needed.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus

Minimum 7+ years experience in strategy, consulting, financial services

Strong communication skills including experience in developing executive level presentations

Collaborative work style and leadership presence with ability to effectively interact and earn trust of peers and senior management across the organization

Project management skills including proven ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time

Large and small group facilitation skills and experience

Team management and development skills

Self-starter with a passion to deliver results

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $160,000-$205,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
