Support the underwriting process by managing operational tasks such as data entry, document management, and policy issuance Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and clients to gather necessary information and documents Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions, policy changes, and client interactions in the employer’s database Assist in the development and implementation of underwriting operations policies and procedures Provide training and guidance to junior staff on operational tasks and best practices Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Business with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience Knowledge of underwriting operations and data management Effective communication and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and time management abilities Adaptability and leadership qualities Preferred Qualifications
