What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college courses or a degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
Proficiency with 10-key by touch and a typing speed of at least 45 wpm with high accuracy
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to effectively handle conflict and de-escalate difficult situations
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, to meet high volume demands
Experience with data entry and database management
