Place a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers to build relationships and uncover customer needs. Identify, cultivate, and build new partnerships with Chain Customers in the HVAC space by understanding their problems and applying the Parts Town value proposition to solve them. Build in-depth knowledge of HVAC industry trends and customer needs. Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline while fostering relationships with potential and existing customers nationwide. Integrate all sales activities into the Salesforce CRM for timely, accurate reporting. Conduct account research to understand customer business and how Parts Town can meet their parts needs. Partner with Customer Experience team members to develop and grow customer relationships. Educate customers on Parts Town resources and capabilities (electronic resources, technical support, manufacturer relationships, etc.). To Land This Opportunity
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, customer development or account management. Bonus points if you have experience in the commercial HVAC industry. Passionate about building something new and solving problems. Proactive and organized, with initiative and follow-through. Resilient — you see rejection as a challenge. Salary range for this role is $55,094.88 - $74,352.58 annually ($26.48 - $35.74 hourly), based on qualifications, experience, and location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer profit-sharing and an annual bonus depending on the role.
