all 50 states . As we grow, we are adding a Small Commercial Account Manager and Agent to our Bay City team to help serve and grow our small business clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys advising business owners, solving problems, and being the go-to insurance resource — not someone stuck in a call center environment. We are a long-established independent agency that blends stability with growth. Our team supports each other, gives back to the community through local charity and service initiatives, and believes work can be professional and enjoyable at the same time. This is more than a small account service role. You will: Work directly with small business owners across industries Combine account management and new business growth Be part of an agency actively expanding and investing in better systems Work in a collaborative, team-first environment Have real opportunity for career development as the agency grows What You Will Do

Write, manage, and service small commercial accounts (under $10,000 premium) Service an assigned book of business Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and certificates Prepare submissions and work directly with carriers Document activity in AMS360 and AgencyZoom Collaborate with Producers and the commercial team Provide proactive service and coverage guidance to clients What We Are Looking For

2 or more years of commercial lines insurance experience Active Michigan Property and Casualty license Strong communication and organizational skills Service-driven and detail oriented Confident working with clients and carriers Experience with AMS360 and AgencyZoom preferred Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $50,000 to $80,000 based on experience Performance-based bonuses Total compensation potential up to $125,000 or more for high performers Benefits Include:
