Cash Management Sales Specialist Here’s how you’ll make an impact
Responsible for providing analytical, administrative, and coordination support for the cash management sales functions. This position serves as a critical bridge between sales, operations, and clients ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution of sales-related activities. Enhances sales team productivity by preparing proposals and pricing proformas, reviewing client data, coordinating onboarding activities, and supporting ongoing pricing reviews in alignment with established pricing and product standards. Ensures proposal accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Assists sales leadership with industry specific proposals and RFP responses. Analyzes bank and account analysis statements to support solution design. Prepares contracts and implementation documentation, in accordance with treasury management services set-up processes; reviews and checks documents for completeness, accuracy and conformance with applicable rules/regulations and procedural requirements. Coordinates onboarding activities between sales, operations, and clients. Schedules and tracks implementation steps and key milestones. Ensures required documentation and approvals are completed prior to onboarding. Serves as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding coordination phase. Supports annual and periodic pricing reviews, identifying pricing gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities. Coordinates pricing updates with sales leadership and operations. Partners and supports identification of product improvements/solutions and communicates recommendations to Manager. Establishes strong internal partnerships with sales and operations partners within Cash Management, relationship managers, and business partners. Completes the appropriate risk assessments and enhanced due diligence forms for new customer acquisitions. Conforms to General Performance Expectations as identified for all employees. Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred; Three to five years’ experience and/or formal training in a related position Demonstrated knowledge of banking, depository, and treasury management products Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, computer software and operating systems Proficient interpersonal skills, sales and communication skills in dealing with clients and all levels of management Proficient problem solving and analytical skills Ability to travel; Valid Driver’s License required Salary
Salary Range $23.54 to $36.38 Hourly Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained.
