Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and service-driven
LCAM Property Manager
to oversee the operations and administration of a portfolio of
commercial associations . This role is responsible for supporting Boards of Directors, coordinating vendors and property maintenance, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and managing association financial and operational performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and confident in communicating with board members, owners, tenants, vendors, and legal/financial partners.

Qualifications
3+ years
of association property management experience (commercial association experience preferred)
Strong understanding of association operations, contracts, budgeting, and vendor oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable leading meetings and communicating professionally with Board members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (AppFolio, Vantaca, CINC, Yardi, or similar)
Valid driver’s license and ability to commute locally
Ability to work independently, manage multiple communities, and prioritize deadlines
