Role Overview This is a senior-level underwriting role with ownership of complex commercial construction accounts. You will play a key role in underwriting strategy, broker engagement, and long-term portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite large and complex construction insurance programs from submission through bind
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and key clients
Analyze risk exposures, develop pricing strategies, and structure reinsurance-supported coverage solutions
Partner closely with actuarial, claims, and risk management teams to drive profitability and retention
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of construction insurance underwriting experience, preferably with large or specialty accounts
Strong broker and client relationship management experience
Deep technical underwriting expertise and sound risk judgment
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
