Personal Training Sales Manager
to lead and grow our personal training department. This role blends
fitness coaching, sales leadership, and business operations . You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing and developing a team of personal trainers, delivering exceptional member experiences, and building a strong fitness community. (base + commission). We operate on a
profit-sharing model , meaning your income grows as the personal training department grows. The more successful the department is, the more you earn. High earning potential based on sales performance. Best income opportunities through
personal training sales and semi-private group training. Roles & Responsibilities for Program Growth & Revenue
Drive monthly personal training revenue through strategic sales and team leadership. Conduct the majority of Fitness Consultations with a strong close rate. Delegate prospecting responsibilities and hold coaches accountable for:
Phone calls & follow-ups. Social media outreach. Floor pulls. Referrals & testimonials.
Administrative & Reporting
Pull, review, and manage reports including: Weekly:
Vitals, unpaid invoices, draft sessions, session rendering. Monthly:
Package sales summaries and month-to-date revenue. Ensure session rendering, client follow-ups, goal tracking, and assessments are completed. Track KPIs and ensure monthly and quarterly performance goals are met. Member Engagement & Retention
Ensure all clients complete
monthly Evolt scans
and goal assessments. Conduct quarterly check-ins with clients assigned to other coaches. Create and administer quarterly PT client feedback surveys and implement improvements. Community Engagement & Marketing
Collaborate with Member Services on local marketing and community outreach. Organize and participate in health fairs, B2B partnerships, charity events, and community events. Ensure promotional materials, flyers, and in-club marketing are consistently updated and visible. What We Are Looking For
Certified Personal Trainer (or willingness to obtain/maintain certification). Strong sales background with a passion for fitness. Leadership experience or desire to lead and develop a team. Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. Comfortable with accountability, KPIs, and performance-based pay.
