Position Overview

The successful candidate will perform a pivotal role on the Asset Management team. This position supports the day-to-day execution of Highside\'s asset management strategy through data analysis, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as a key link between asset management, investment, development, and accounting teams, ensuring that property performance, project tracking, and reporting processes operate efficiently and consistently across the portfolio. Due to the frequent interaction with and coordination among various teams, this is a full-time, in-person position, requiring up to 50% travel to properties under management. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Asset Management

Portfolio Performance:

Monitor hotel-level performance through review of P&L statements, STR reports, forecasts, and budgets; identify opportunities to improve RevPAR, GOP, and overall asset returns. Systems & Data Integrity

Maintain consistency and accuracy of asset-level data across tracking systems and reporting tools. Investment Support:

Track, aggregate, and communicate detailed and summary property performance data for utilization in investment underwriting. Program Management:

Administer and enhance asset management platforms and tools, including property condition reporting, work order tracking, and project management systems in coordination with the Development team. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner interdepartmentally with Development, Accounting, Investments and Operations to align on capital planning, budgeting, and project execution. Property Visits:

Conduct onsite visits depending on property performance, at a minimum quarterly, to evaluate asset conditions, review operational execution, and verify the status of capital projects and maintenance initiatives. Capital & Project Tracking

Support the planning, tracking, and reconciliation of capital projects and repairs/maintenance initiatives. Brand Liaison:

Coordinate with the brand representatives on brand initiatives, QA, and compliance matters as needed. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate. Experience:

3 to 5 years, above property experience in hospitality, hotel operations, real estate, or asset management. Prior exposure to accounting systems or development project tracking preferred. Technical Skills:

Strong Excel and data management skills; experience with M3, Power BI, property management systems, and Salesforce a plus. Competencies

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation for this position will include: $75,000 - $100,000 annual base salary; commensurate with experience. Discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and is dependent upon individual and Company performance. 401k (including limited company match), medical, dental and vision benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; life insurance; short and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and more.
