Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for a full-time, hybrid position in Wilmington, NC. The role involves managing personal lines insurance accounts, assisting clients with insurance needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include reviewing client accounts, advising on appropriate coverage, processing policy changes, managing renewals, and addressing customer inquiries. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships while adhering to industry standards. Qualifications 2+ years Experience in Account Management and Customer Service Understanding of Personal Lines Insurance (coastal) Independent experience a plus Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and attention to detail Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance are required
