What You’ll Do
Manage and close agricultural land transactions with buyers, sellers, and investors Work closely with inside sales, operations, and leadership to move deals forward Negotiate contracts and guide clients through complex land transactions Build and maintain strong relationships within the ag and rural community Focus exclusively on land and rural acreage transactions Use CRM and internal systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and deal flow Represent High Point with professionalism, credibility, and consistency
What We’re Looking For
Background in agriculture, such as
ag lending ,
equipment sales ,
agronomy, seed ,
fertilizer , or related fields Strong communicator who can build trust and navigate high value conversations Self motivated and
progress driven , not just income focused Comfortable following a proven system and being held accountable to results by your dedicated sales manager Minnesota Real Estate License
or willingness to obtain one (Required) High standards for progress, organization, follow-through, and execution
