Responsibilities
Build relationships with qualified property owners to generate and secure new listings.
Negotiate offers strategically to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Partner with support staff to ensure smooth transactions from contract through closing.
Leverage CRM systems to manage, track, and optimize the sales pipeline.
Provide exceptional, personalized service throughout the entire client journey.
Qualifications
Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a focus on practical, results-driven solutions.
Proficient in CRM systems and marketing technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
Proven experience building strong client relationships, identifying needs, and uncovering sales opportunities.
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and consistent follow-through.
Strong phone presence with a track record of setting and securing appointments.
Maintains a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable local transportation.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Skilled negotiator focused on achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Holds, or is willing to obtain prior to start, an active South Carolina Real Estate License.
