Seeking a Financial Analytics Analyst with mortgage or fixed-income analytical experience to support cashflow, payment, and waterfall analysis using advanced technology and AI-enabled tools. The environment is Python-based; active coding is not required. The ideal candidate is capable of leveraging AI tools and accurately managing, validating, and interpreting AI-generated analytical outputs within financial modeling and analysis workflows. RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze mortgage and fixed-income cashflows, payment structures, and waterfall scenarios Utilize AI-enabled tools and advanced technology to support financial analysis Manage, validate, and interpret AI-generated analytical outputs Work within Python-based systems and environments (no software development required) Produce accurate, well-documented analytical results REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of experience in mortgage, fixed income, structured finance, or financial analytics Hands-on experience using AI tools or advanced technology for analytical workflows Strong quantitative and analytical skills Comfortable working in Python-based environments
