
Overview
As our Senior Marketing Specialist, you will lead strategic proposal development and manage high-impact marketing efforts that drive our ability to win work. This includes producing compelling RFQ/P responses, interview materials, pursuit collateral, GMP packages, coaching teams and award submissions.
You'll maintain CRM accuracy, manage content libraries, and support reporting that informs marketing strategy. Working closely with operations, preconstruction, and leadership, you’ll gather information that strengthens each pursuit. You’ll also mentor marketing team members and support training and engagement initiatives across offices. Successful team members bring strong storytelling skills, collaborative energy, and a strategic mindset to elevate our pursuits and help deliver the best construction experience.

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in A/E/C industry proposal‑process leadership, general contracting experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is a plus
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
Strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally, manage timelines, and adapt to new tools and processes
