Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Graddy Insurance Group and its offerings.
Operate daily in a lead management system and auto dialer program.
Transfer qualified leads to or schedule follow-up appointments to our sales agents.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the lead system.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
Previous telemarketing and auto dialer experience is required. Basic computer and technical skills are preferred.
Laptop/Computer will be provided. Additional monitors and headsets may also be provided.
Must make calls from an undisturbed location to optimize the initial calls. If remote, a stable internet connection is required.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
A genuine interest in providing the right insurance solutions to prospective clients.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily call goals.
Comfortable using a lead management system for tracking interactions; currently we use Lead Manager and Call Logic.
Must be able to use texting and desktop phone systems; we use Ring Central.
