$50,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE ~ $85,000)

InterEx Group is scaling quickly in Miami, and we’re hiring driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, performance-led role where you’ll learn how to build your own market, develop client partnerships, and close deals all with structured training and ongoing support.
You don’t need recruitment experience. What matters most is attitude, resilience, and the desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
As a Trainee 360 Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment process- from winning new clients to sourcing talent and managing offers. You’ll be coached on how to build relationships, develop business, and grow your own desk while working toward clear weekly and monthly goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
Learning the full 360 recruitment process with structured onboarding
Generating new business through calls, outreach, and networking
Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates across contract and permanent roles
Working toward performance targets with coaching from leadership
Developing specialist knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, or Data markets
What We’re Looking For?
No recruitment background required as full training provided
Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential
Competitive, target-focused, and motivated by success
Confident communicator who enjoys relationship-building
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
