Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Mortgage Capital Markets - PPE Business Analyst.
Partner with project sponsors to define objectives, scope, stakeholders, and business value
Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements using standard methods and templates
Translate high-level needs into clear, detailed functional, quality, and technical requirements
Define quality attributes, constraints, business rules, acceptance criteria, and test scripts
Prepare executive-ready project proposals outlining objectives, approach, estimates, ROI, and resources
Document current and future state processes, gap analysis, and system changes using narratives and diagrams
Establish and execute effective requirements, testing, and validation practices
Identify cross-functional impacts and promote reuse of requirements across initiatives
Lead discovery, design, review sessions, and ensure accurate interpretation of requirements
Contribute to and continuously improve organizational requirements processes, standards, and tools
Provide guidance, mentorship, and issue resolution for teammates; Champion Product Team mindset and KPIs
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP preferred
6+ years of experience in mortgage lending or consumer lending technology, with required Capital Markets experience
Expertise in Capital Markets, Secondary Mortgage Industry, and Product Pricing Engines (PPE)
Strong API and web services knowledge, including requirements definition and developer collaboration
Experience with Agile and Waterfall/Hybrid SDLCs
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
Strong analytical, process improvement, and requirements modeling skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation abilities
Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated alignment with company values: customer focus, integrity, collaboration, learning, and excellence
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
