We’re seeking a dynamic
Learning and Development Sales Trainer
to deliver impactful training that boosts sales performance and operational excellence across Inside Sales and Retention teams. This role facilitates engaging learning experiences, partners with business leaders to identify skill gaps, and drives measurable improvements in sales outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Deliver and facilitate sales-focused training programs for supervisory and professional audiences. Partner with stakeholders to align learning with business strategy and performance goals. Provide feedback, track learner progress, and report on training impact. Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage training logistics and ensure a seamless learner experience. Candidate must reside in Kansas City, KS. Essential Job Functions
Facilitates Learning Solutions: Deliver instruction and facilitate learning for all learning audiences by employing various learning delivery techniques and/or technologies. Influences positive behavior change in learners that drives business results by creating a positive environment for learning. Responsible for the oversight of trainees for the duration of training sessions. Provides feedback to trainees and their Supervisors. Partnership with Stakeholders. Partners with the business by participating in business activities such as team meetings, huddles, town halls to identify learning opportunities and improve results. Supports the execution of the business strategy through learning solutions. Participates with Leadership and Enterprise L&D personnel on continuous improvement initiatives. Learning Solution Administration. Takes ownership of the training delivery which includes class setup/tear down and prompt clear communication with support required to ensure consistent and positive learner experience. Understands and utilizes LMS to deliver a seamless learning experience. Coordinates the training schedule and guest speakers/support resources with business representatives. Leads meetings on class results and employee performance with business leaders (includes reporting on performance metrics, behavior observations, and recommendations). Cross Functional Collaboration. Serves as a subject matter expert to support curriculum relevancy. Contributes on project teams to design learning, share knowledge, and provide creative ideas. Collaborates on program enhancements and leads projects for improved learning solutions. Conducts evaluations to analyze training activities and outcomes and makes recommendations for improvement. Performs other duties as assigned. Physical Actions
Sits or stands for extended periods; may reach overhead and below the knees. Lifts up to 0-10 pounds occasionally. Listens, reads information, and uses a computer as part of the role. Regularly interacts with colleagues and supports required to ensure a positive learner experience. Physical Environment

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, education, or related field. Experience Requirements
Two years of experience in Sales and/or Learning Development (L&D) or related training. Insurance sales experience is preferred. Benefits
