Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business Qualifications
Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation for client meetings Compensation
Compensation: $87,000 - $98,000 $100,000 per year What You’ll Do
