Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Professional position based in Louisville, KY. The role involves assisting clients in identifying their insurance needs and providing tailored insurance and financial solutions. Responsibilities include building relationships with prospective and existing clients, guiding them through insurance products and services, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through a consultative and goal-oriented approach. This is a commission based, 1099 contract employee position.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address client needs and concerns effectively
Proven Sales abilities, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
State licensure for insurance sales is required or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
Prior experience in the financial or insurance industries is an advantage
