Global Real Estate Leader
is responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and strategic alignment across the organization’s global footprint. This role leads end-to-end global business real estate, workplace strategy, and construction management, ensuring that the company’s facilities, infrastructure, and operating model effectively support business growth, performance, and culture worldwide. This position requires a visionary yet hands-on leader who can operate seamlessly at both strategic and executional levels. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in global real estate portfolio management, large-scale capital programs, and cross-functional leadership across complex, matrixed organizations. Key Responsibilities
Global Real Estate & Workplace Strategy Lead and oversee the global real estate portfolio across all regions, including Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Develop and execute a forward-looking real estate and workplace strategy that enables business growth while driving cost efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability. Provide strategic leadership on site selection for offices, facilities, and operational locations. Guide and oversee global design, construction, and renovation programs, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and ESG initiatives across the portfolio in partnership with the Global HSE team. Establish and manage strategic vendor relationships with real estate, design, construction, and workplace service providers. Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable global regulatory requirements, safety standards, and corporate governance policies. Partner closely with Legal, Security, HR, IT, Finance, and other functions to ensure integrated operational governance and risk management. Implement consistent global standards, processes, and controls while allowing for regional flexibility where appropriate. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse global team across multiple geographies. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across global operations. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, effectively influencing and aligning stakeholders across the organization. YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree minimum Minimum 8+ years in corporate / global real estate, global operations, facilities, workplace, or capital programs Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status. Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen. Advanced degree or MBA in business, engineering, finance, real estate, construction management, or similar Experience operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented, and matrixed environments. Demonstrated success leading global renovation programs or major capital projects. Strong understanding of corporate real estate, lease administration, facilities management, and workplace operations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including strong negotiation capabilities. Experience driving organizational changes, including change management, internal communications, and stakeholder alignment during periods of transformation. Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives. Proven track record managing site selection, space renovation, relocation, construction or multi-site operations. Compensation & Benefits
$168,000 - $205,000 a year. Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable. The pay range for this role is $168,000– $205,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role. What’s in it for you?
