Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager

$70–$140/hour

High numbers of hours available
Role Responsibilities
Design questions related to Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management.
Work independently and asynchronously to fit your schedule.
Utilize your professional experience to inform project tasks.
Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
Engage in a short-term sprint with high availability of work hours.
Qualifications Must-Have
4+ years full-time work experience as a Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager.
Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Compensation & Legal
At-will contractor to Mercor.
Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
