to join its growing practice. This team represents institutional lenders, investors, and owners in sophisticated transactions across the United States. The successful candidate will bring
5–8 years of transactional experience
in
commercial real estate finance and investment , with a strong command of
loan, joint venture, and LLC documentation . Responsibilities
Work closely with accomplished colleagues on high-value transactions while maintaining direct responsibility for client matters. Collaborate in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, precision, and exceptional client service, with opportunities to work both collaboratively and independently at a high level. Serve institutional lenders, investors, and owners on sophisticated real estate finance and investment transactions. Qualifications
5–8 years
of transactional experience in
commercial real estate finance and investment . Strong command of
loan, joint venture, and LLC documentation . Experience in the
financial, investment, or real estate sectors
(legal or non-legal) is advantageous. Compensation
Compensation:
