Responsibilities

Engage with warm, ready-to-transact buyer leads to understand their needs and guide them through the home-buying process.

Collaborate with our Inside Sales Support team to ensure seamless appointment setting and lead qualification.

Work closely with Transaction and Listing Coordinators to manage the details of each deal, allowing you to focus on client relationships.

Leverage our in-house marketing team to enhance your personal brand and promote listings effectively.

Participate in one-on-one coaching and live training sessions to continuously improve your skills and scale your business.

Utilize our full tech suite, including CRM and automation tools, to manage leads efficiently and streamline your workflow.

Contribute to our collaborative, high-energy team culture by sharing insights and supporting fellow team members in achieving their goals.

Qualifications

Active Florida Real Estate License

Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
