Provide concierge-level customer support as the first point of contact for HR inquiries
Independently troubleshoot HR issues, applying sound judgment in ambiguous situations
Maintain and support a specific HR program or process, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Research, resolve, and document HR cases in the case management system
Collaborate with various teams for issue resolution and process alignment
Qualifications
Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
Experience in Human Resource Service Delivery or related field
Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Exceptional customer relationship management skills
Bilingual in English and at least one additional language preferred (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data analytics and reporting in an HR context
Familiarity with benefits administration and HR policies
Proven track record of process improvements and knowledge management
Experience in cross-functional projects and teamwork
Strong empathy and understanding of employee experience
