South Central Alabama Regional Housing Authority is seeking applications for a housing manager.
Responsibilities
Experience with the full spectrum of on-site property management.
Responsible for approximately 150 units of project-based voucher units, including operations functions, management, leasing, lease enforcement, rent collections, and conducting annual and interim re-examinations of income and family composition.
The managed property is located in Midway and Union Springs, Alabama.
