What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the strategic lead and primary contact for Tier 1–2 IDN HQ accounts, managing executive relationships

Provide market insights to help clients meet their goals and drive solution standardization

Identify and develop growth opportunities by analyzing contracts and care gaps

Lead deal execution by coaching the sales team and overseeing contracts and compliance

Maintain account performance and work towards full adoption of the Philips portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or equivalent

8+ years of Field Sales experience, particularly with C-Suite Level and IDNs

Proven success in engaging and influencing C-level executives, with strong communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex contracts and forecasts

Knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and provider challenges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a healthcare technology environment

Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in health systems

Strong negotiation skills and ability to simplify processes for customers

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale accounts

Ability to analyze and interpret data for strategic decision-making
