Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a focus on delivering outstanding service to all customers. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Experience enhancing Customer Experience and managing positive interactions with clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools is a plus Previous experience in the auto transport or dealership industry is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a bonus
