Customer service representative Randstad • Orange, CA, United States We are looking for motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for members, providing vital assistance regarding health services. We are looking for candidates who are committed to excellence, punctuality, and providing high-quality support to our community. Salary: $23 - $31.05 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Education: High School
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to members seeking health services.
Serve as the primary point of contact and assist with health service inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
At least
6 months of experience in a call center capacity
(or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Technical Skills:
Ability to type at least
35 WPM .
Preferred Qualifications
6 months of experience with
Medi-Cal/Medicaid
or within the health services industry.
