DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks Service BDC Administrator/ Customer Service Representative At Thousand Oaks Subaru, we are a community built on trust, service, and the Subaru Love Promise. We are currently looking for a friendly, meticulous, and goal-driven Service BDC Representative to join our growing Business Development Center. You will be the first point of contact for our service customers, helping to drive appointments, build relationships, and increase service department revenue through excellent communication and follow-up. You will connect with our loyal Subaru customers and help them stay on track with their vehicle maintenance, recalls, and recommended services. Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for service customers and generate service appointments.

Communicate effectively to build relationships and follow up to maximize service department revenue.

Assist customers with maintenance scheduling, recalls, and recommended services.

Qualifications

Prior experience in dealership service BDC, call center, or customer service environment preferred.

Automotive service experience or familiarity with Subaru’s maintenance schedule is a plus.

Comfortable working with computers and scheduling systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

The CA-based HOURLY range for this full-time position is $17.00 to $20.00, as well as bonus opportunities such as Individual Appointment Shown/Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
