Join a team that encompasses a variety of Data and Analytics disciplines, from data governance, data strategy and partnerships, reporting, data science, and machine learning. As a BrandData OwnerLead, within the Consumer and Community Bank Credit Card team, youwill becriticalin enablingthe businesstoinnovatethrough the strategic use of its data, while simultaneouslyensuring that data is ofgood qualityand well-protected andbe responsible forcoordinating Card’s sourcing and use of data across different domains from digital, torewards, operations, serves as a member of theProductleadership team. Job Responsibilities: Define and execute a strategy for the development and delivery of product data to support strategic businessobjectives, business operations, advanced analytics, and metrics and reporting. Strong understanding of the data and its use within the business and across lines of business and functions, through collaborative partnerships with multiple stakeholders, includingProduct Owners, analytics leads, and business process owners. Identifyand prioritize the scope ofcritical data within their product, ensuring that theprioritizeddata is well-documented as to its meaning and purpose, and classified accordingly with metadata to enable its understanding and control. Support the alignedData andAnalytics lead for theirproduct to supportprojects such asanalytics,machinelearningand artificial intelligence. Direct the development of processes and procedures toidentify,monitor, and mitigate data risksfor data in the product, includingrisks related to data protection,dataretention and destruction,datastorage,datause, anddataquality and direct the execution of tasks tocomply withFirmwide policies, standards, and procedures related to the integrity and protection of data in theproduct Develop andmaintaindeep relationships with product data delivery partners and data consumers, including senior leaders in the Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations,RiskandControlfunctions across lines of business. Demonstrate governance by ensuring that workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, KPI’s are agreed,measuredand tracked, deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, risks are addressed and status measured, and deliveries are successful. Required

Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Bachelor’sdegreerequired; 10+ years of industry experiencein a data-related field Data queryingand manipulation ability, using technologies such as SQL,python, datascienceand engineering folks. Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, across multiple workstreams,and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic changes Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations and the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions. Excellent leadership skills ofproduct, programs, projects,teamsand/or employees. Understanding ofAgiletechnological developmentmethodology. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Master’sdegree preferred. Technical knowledge ofdataengineering, data pipelines, data modelling, anddata architecture preferred Deep subject matterexpertiseinCredit Cardarea preferred.
