Construction Superintendent

Tatco Construction, a leader in the commercial construction industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our growing team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects across various geographical locations. You will be a key member of our project management team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you will do: Provide direct leadership and supervision to field crews, subcontractors, and vendors on assigned projects. Develop and implement detailed construction schedules and ensure adherence to project deadlines. Oversee all aspects of quality control and safety compliance on project sites. Conduct daily inspections and identify and address any safety hazards or quality issues promptly. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity. Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on project progress, safety, and financials. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Procore). Salary Range

$70,000 - $75,000 w/ Bonuses Benefits
